Please also note that shipping costs for many of the items we sell are based on weight. The weight of such an item can be found on the detail page. All weights are rounded up to the nearest whole pound to reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

They contain vitamins A, C, E, group B and minerals: magnesium (100 grams of pumpkin seeds cover the body's daily requirement for this element), zinc, phosphorus, iron, manganese and copper. You will also find fiber, phytosterols, unsaturated fatty acids or tryptophan - an amino acid that is a precursor to the happiness hormone serotonin.
Cranberry contains a natural preservative - benzoic acid. It contains many vitamins, including B and C. It also has natural minerals: magnesium, potassium, phosphorus and iron. People prone to anemia should use it. Dried cranberries are also high in fiber and contain proanthocyanidins. These are chemical compounds whose job is to prevent Escherichia coli from sticking to the epithelial walls of the urinary tract. This protects the urinary tract from infection.
Sesame is an oil plant with an intense, specific, nutty flavor. The high content of essential oils is responsible for this taste. Among the fatty acids contained in sesame are mainly unsaturated acids - oleic and linolenic. The grains also contain around 20% protein, making them a highly nutritious product. It also contains vitamins and minerals - large amounts of vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant. A very important feature of sesame is its high resistance to rancidity, despite the high fat content. This is due to the presence of sesamol and sesamolin, that is, natural antioxidants that prevent oxygen from affecting its structure.
Seeds and seeds can be safely included in the diet of people struggling with unwanted pounds. Although it is a fairly high-calorie snack due to the high fat content, it should not be skipped.
