Ingredients: Long Turmeric Root Extract (95% Curcumin) 400 mg, Ginger Rhizome Extract (6% Gingerol) 350 mg, Extract from
Black Pepper Fruit (95% Piperidine) 4 mg. Other ingredients: bulking agent: maltodextrin, talc, release agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, calcium phosphate, capsule shell: gelatin.

Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening. Drink plenty of fluids while using the preparation.
