Folate 5-MTHF Methyl 600 µg is a dietary supplement containing active folic acid in the form of calcium L-methylfolate. Calcium L-Methylfolate is an active, crystalline and methylated form of folic acid that is available to the body immediately after ingestion, without the need for further metabolic changes. Calcium L-methylfolate intake has a higher bioavailability and does not mask a vitamin B12 deficiency.
The chicory inulin contained in the product contributes to proper bowel function by increasing stool frequency. The beneficial effect occurs when 12 g of chicory inulin are consumed daily. One serving of the product contains 260 mg inulin.

APPLICATION
Take 1 capsule per day. Rinse with water (250 ml).
