Flakes, depending on the variety, are prepared and poured with your favorite milk, in our case plant milk was used, but you can also use any other milk, add chia seeds - just a teaspoon and fresh fruit.
We can add any fruit, depending on the season it can be bananas, raspberries or blueberries.
